One of the best things about our lessons is that you can design them according to your needs. Here's how you can make the most of your learning experience with us:

• Custom Focus: Tell us what you'd like to focus on, and we'll create a class that is perfect for you. Whether it's conversation practice, business English, grammar, pronunciation, listening, speaking, or anything else, we tailor the lesson to your goals.
• Clear Communication: Our students have told us that we have nice voices and speak clearly and not too fast. But if you want us to speak more slowly, we can do that too. We are happy to repeat ourselves if you don't understand something. If there is a problem with verbal communication, we can use the chat box as a last resort. So there's no need to be afraid of not understanding or us not understanding you.
• Comfortable Learning Environment: We strive to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment. You can ask questions at any time, and we encourage you to be open about what you need help with. Our goal is to make you feel confident and motivated in your English learning journey.

We offer various styles of lessons to suit your preferences:

• Free Chats: These are casual, un-guided lessons where we can talk in a normal conversation format about anything you like. With this lesson style, we can let the conversation flow naturally. Many students like to learn about working and living in America or England. We love to talk about where we're from and enjoy hearing about life in your country too! Free chats are a great way to practice speaking English and get to know each other in a relaxed setting.
• Topic Library: Check out our Topic Library to see some examples of specific topics that we could use to guide our conversation. With this type of lesson format, we'll use topics from the Topic Library to guide our conversation. We have created topics to learn about different cultures around the world, short stories that focus on improving listening abilities, and more.
• Exam Preparation: Preparing for an English language exam like CEFR or OPIC? We can help you get ready by focusing on the skills and knowledge you need to pass these tests. Our teachers have experience with these exams and can provide you with practice materials and tips to boost your confidence and performance.
• Expressions and Idioms: Learning expressions and idioms can make your English sound more natural and fluent. These are fun lessons where you can learn common phrases that native speakers use in everyday conversations. Knowing idioms can also help you better understand movies, TV shows, and books.
• Travel English: If you are planning to travel to an English-speaking country, we can help you learn the necessary language skills. This includes common phrases and vocabulary you'll need in airports, hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Travel English lessons will make your trips more enjoyable and less stressful.
• Grammar Points: Struggling with a specific grammar point like past participles, tenses, or sentence structure? We can break down these concepts and explain them in a way that's easy to understand. Our goal is to help you grasp the rules and apply them correctly in your speaking and writing.
• Pronunciation Practice: Want to improve your pronunciation and develop either a British or American accent? We have teachers who specialize in both accents. We can help you with the sounds and intonation patterns specific to each accent, making your English clearer and more understandable to native speakers.

We teach students of all skill levels. Here's how we cater to different levels:

• Absolute Beginners: Some students are absolute beginners in English who can't form their own English sentences yet. That's okay! In these cases, students repeat after us to build their vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure. We use simple language and clear instructions to help beginners feel comfortable and make progress.
• Intermediate Learners: For those who have some knowledge of English but need more practice, we focus on improving fluency, expanding vocabulary, and mastering grammar. Intermediate learners benefit from both structured lessons and free conversation practice.
• Advanced Learners: Advanced students are often experts at English but want to practice so that they don't forget the language. We help them refine their skills, work on advanced grammar points, and practice native-level conversation topics to keep their English sharp.

Homework is not required, but many students find it helpful to have additional practice materials to work on outside of their lessons. Here's what we can provide at no additional cost:

• Customized Homework: If you'd like, we can give you some material to practice with outside of class. This could include grammar exercises, vocabulary lists, reading comprehension passages, or writing assignments tailored to your level and goals.
• Supplemental Resources: We can recommend books, websites, and other resources that can support your learning. These resources provide extra practice and help reinforce what you've learned in your lessons.
• Feedback and Support: We review your homework and provide feedback to help you improve. In your next lesson, we can review the homework together and correct any mistakes or misunderstandings.

We understand that convenience and flexibility are important, especially when it comes to payments. Here’s how our payment and refund process works:

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through the Stripe payment platform, which is secure and easy to use. It allows you to pay with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay. You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.
• Refund Policy: If you feel the lesson wasn't worth your time or money, we'll give you a refund. We understand that people like to learn in different ways, and sometimes a student and a teacher aren't the right match. There won't be any hard feelings, and you are welcome to try another teacher or lesson type that might suit you better.
• Connection Problems: Our teachers have stable internet connections, but if, for some reason, the connection failures or the audio quality isn't good, we'll give you a refund.
